The focus is on Tool Optimization and Pre-Deployment Testing for complex networks. Client’s Network Visibility Solutions enable customers to cost-effectively utilize existing tools optimizing access to the network. Our client's customers include service providers, government organizations and enterprises around the world.

The US headquarter is based in California. For the EMEA central region, based in Munich we are searching a motivated and highly sales-orientated


Field Marketing Manager - EMEA Central (m/w)

The field marketing manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving marketing demand generation strategy across programs and campaigns - including trade shows, road shows, webcasts, online campaigns, email, direct mail and telemarketing – all designed to drive demand and deliver marketing-qualified new leads in support of sales objectives. These tactics are executed directly and with channel partners in region, and this individual is responsible for both.

This role will be responsible for EMEA-Central region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia) planning and execution. With a focus on new customer acquisition, this individual will work closely with global marketing colleagues and the regional sales team to deliver compelling campaigns, manage budget, execute plans, measure ROI, and optimize marketing results.

To be successful as Field Marketing Manager, candidates must show a strong track record of managing the demand generation and regional marketing for business-to-business technology companies. Experience marketing Service Providers/Carriers and large enterprises strongly preferred. In addition, they must bring world-class marketing skills, local market expertise and a mastery of channel marketing.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for taking the Go-To-Market strategy and developing a comprehensive marketing plan to support the growth expectations of the region
  • Work with the management team to monitor market trends and competitive activities and implement initiatives to drive wins over the competition
  • Budget planning, management and ROI reporting. Including forecasting, measurement, analysis and reporting on impact of programs, including demand generation campaign metrics and pipeline contribution
  • Flawless marketing execution for the EMEA-Central market
  • Proactively engage with the sales and channels teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Scheduling, organizing, and running webinars
  • Research, choose, design and manage live events as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event venues and services, direct mail providers, copywriters and list brokers
  • Communicate and educate the sales and channels team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs
  • Work closely with corporate marketing, channels, sales and other internal parties as needed to ensure strategic alignment in the region
  • Develop a per-partner plan of marketing execution based on market needs



Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing for business-to-business technology companies in the local market
  • Knowledge on how to market to B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (e.g., white papers, case studies, webcasts, events, social) and delivery mechanisms (email, telephone, direct mail)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot strongly preferred), webinar platforms, and CRMs
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple marketing projects at the same time
  • Proven experience in budget management and allocation
  • Track record of consistently producing results on-time and within budget
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
